Workout - Squatspo

The perfect workout 

Yesterday night many of you surely had fun. Halloween does not mean working out all night but drinking and partying till the sun comes out again. 
Today many of you (including us) feel guilty. We feel like we gotta work out again, "get back into shape" and "lose weight we gained". 
How do you get a squatspo like this? What should your workout consist of?
Our redhead athlete shares with you her workout:

  1. Warm up ✔️
  2. 3 sets of 10squats(legs togheter/normal/split-sumo sqaut) smith machine ✔️
  3. lunges 4x15 (smith machine) ✔️
  4. calf raises 4x15 ✔️
  5. donkeykicks (machine) 4x15 ✔️
  6. step ups 4x15 ✔️
  7. Bulgarian lunges 4x15 ✔️
