Today many of you (including us) feel guilty. We feel like we gotta work out again, "get back into shape" and "lose weight we gained".

- lunges 4x15 (smith machine) ✔️
- calf raises 4x15 ✔️
- donkeykicks (machine) 4x15 ✔️
- step ups 4x15 ✔️
- Bulgarian lunges 4x15 ✔️
